Winter of 2008 our furnace stopped working. It was an exceptionally cold winter. Having just given birth to twins we were worried and fearful. Neeraj came by closer to midnight. He fixed the issue, he refused to charge us. He told us it was a sensor issue. Since then every house we have moved, every property we have owned Neeraj is our go to guy. Trustworthy, reliable, honest, efficient, expeditious and most of all know everything there is to know about heating and air-conditioning.

One touch has been awesome for me. I started using them over 10 years ago when I bought my first home which came with an old furnace and AC. One touch managed to repair them for me and kept them running for minimal cost although they recommended to replace them. Finally, I ended up replacing my furnace, then at my moms place, my rental property and my sister also replaced it with them.. several of my friends also chose One touch. Of course.. good selection of equipment resulting in good gas savings. Jan 2020 I had my hot water tank replaced and it was soo good.. I decided to cancel my rental tank at my other property and have it replaced.. the savings were too good to ignore. Last summer I had my AC replaced. This summer I will be replacing the AC at my rental property. What I like is that they are upfront about costs.. do a great job installing with their team...very reasonable prices and most importantly.. provide great service after installation. My fear with private installers was that they disappear and dont provide good post installation service. This was not the case with One touch. You call One number and resolution is fast.. unlike having to deal with multiple customer service reps and technicians who simply answer a job order. Keep it up guys!!

Great experience working with this company. Furnace crashed at 130 am and they had it replaced by the early afternoon. This happened in mid-Feb. thank you Guys! It was soo cold that day if you had not come so soon my water pipes would have frozen!
